The Psychedelic Association of Canada runs almost entirely on volunteers. The people on our team aren't here by accident — they're here because they care about this space, they show up reliably, and they do skilled work that moves the mission forward.

Location: Remote | Department: Content Team | Reports To: Operations Manager | Commitment: 3-6 Hrs/week
Every event poster, social graphic, and email header is often someone's first visual impression of the PAC — before they've read a word of our harm reduction information, policy updates, or event details. The Graphics Volunteer is the person who makes sure that first impression looks like it belongs to a serious, established organization, not a scattered assortment of one-off designs.
This isn't a role for someone looking to build a design portfolio from scratch, or to put their own creative stamp on our brand. We already have a visual identity that works — templates, colors, a consistent look across platforms. What we need is someone who can work confidently inside Canva to turn requests (an event, a campaign, a social post) into finished graphics quickly, without needing the aesthetic reinvented each time. The role flexes with our calendar — expect roughly 3-6 hours a week, more during a big campaign or event push, less in quieter stretches.
